We have got to interact with world-wide chestnut growers and excellent researchers from ‘countries far far away’ this year. Chestnut agroforestry has an uninterrupted history with mankind from ‘a long time ago.’

今年最後の丹波栗を皮むきして、フリーザーに貯蔵しました。
I have peeled the last bascket of chestnuts by electric medium-sized peeler and put them in the freezer for later.
